The Story
The Ballistic Helmet from FMA is made of reinforced nylon polymer plastic and, like its original counterpart, is very lightweight. On the front it has an NVG mounting platform and on both sides rails that allow you to attach lamps, headsets, cameras or other equipment. The helmet also comes with a set of hook-and-loop panels and pads that can be adjusted to your individual needs. The chin strap is partially leather-covered and can be adjusted at four points. In addition, a tension wheel at the back of the head can be operated to adjust a plastic band inside the helmet and fix it to your head. This stabilizes the helmet so that it does not wobble and sits well even with the chin strap open.
