Medical Pouch Tourniquet MX128

The MX128 medical pouch was specially developed for the tactical transport of a tourniquet such as the CAT Gen. 7 – compact, ultra-light and functionally thought-out. Made from multiaxial MX laminate, it is particularly weight-optimized while being extremely durable.

The tourniquet is protected and firmly secured by a combination of elastic rubber band, hook-and-loop fastener and additional snap button. This keeps your life-saving equipment safely stowed – yet lightning-fast to remove one-handed, even under stress or while wearing gloves.

The pouch is attached to MOLLE-compatible carrying systems via 20 mm PALS straps, making it perfect for use on plate carriers, chest rigs or modular belts. Weighing only 41 g, it remains unobtrusive in your loadout – but ready for action when it counts.
