The Story
The helmet adapters from FMA are used to comfortably attach Peltor or MSA headsets to helmets. For this purpose, the adapter has two interchangeable clips on each side into which the headset mounting pins are inserted or onto which the pins are clicked. In combination with the rail adapters, the ear cups can now be attached to the Picatinny rails of the helmet.
The advantage of this special adapter is that it is compatible with the two largest headset manufacturers, Peltor & MSA.
With this adapter as well, the headset can be folded away from the ear when not in use, allowing both sound and air to reach your ear. At the same time, acoustic protection and communication capability remain close at hand and can be restored with a single movement.
